Registry corruption are files that give inaccurate directions to the OS.  This makes the OS perform unneeded and often counterproductive operations.  This, of course, tends to slow down computer operations.  However, when several such operations are performed in succession, the computer will crash.

The use of a good registry cleaner will get rid of registry corruption.  First, this registry cleaning program will scan the registry for corruption, then it will fix the corruption it finds.  This will get the computer back up to its original speed, providing everything else in the computer is functioning well.
