Usually the number of free incidents you get is 50.  This is not very much.  On top of that, free cleaners are unreliable.  Registry cleaners that are not free will still give you a free scan so you can see if you need a registry cleaner before you buy one.  So essentially, free and un-free registry cleaners do about the same thing except I have yet to see a free registry cleaner that dose a top flight job.  The problem is doing a bad job on your registry cleaning will cost you a lot more than you could ever save on buying registry cleaning software!
