Registry Optimizer
Windows operating system registry files are constructed just like word processor files are arranged in Windows Explorer. A registry optimizer is a software program that arranges these files in order with the most used on the top
of the list. This is a great time saver because the microprocessor will have less work to do in order to carry out the most common commands given to it by the user.
Bear in mind instruction sets commonly consist of millions of instructions. Sometimes repetitive instructions make up nearly 70% of instructions sets. So, if 70% of an instruction set can be carried out more quickly than it previously would have, the computer will be faster.
A registry optimizing operation should only be performed on a corruption free registry. This is why registry optimizers are commonly part of a registry cleaner software package.
